Overview

Advanced Supply Chain Transformation Advisors lead project development and facilitate implementation activities for supply chain facility and operations projects in order to improve overall cost to serve, third party or customer experience, or network efficiency. These advisors have a solid background in supply chain or manufacturing operations and have capability to lead/influence x-functional teams.
   

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of project plan and objectives, stewardship of project tasks and providing updates to key stakeholders.
  • Create solution alternatives for supply chain and value chain stakeholders, providing analysis for recommendation.
  • Work with x-functional stakeholders (including appropriate 3rd parties) to achieve strategic and operational alignment and secure appropriate endorsements/approvals.
  • Consistently drive operational best practices across organization.

Requirements

  • Engineering or supply chain degree or 10+ yrs in Supply Chain. 
  • SAP knowledge, SAP APO/IBP preferred, but not required.
  • Microsoft suite
  • Experience setting up new supply/logistics networks and change management experience.
  • International supply chain is a plus.
  • O&G or Petrochemical background is preferred but will consider others based on experience.
