POSITION 1: Logistics Advisor / Scheduler – U.S. Products Business (Terminal Scheduling)

  • Support real‑time decision-making to prevent supply disruptions.
  • Provide after‑hours and on-call coverage as needed (vacation coverage, peak season).
  • Work periodically onsite (approximately 80% onsite / 20% remote).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply, distribution, and commercial groups.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of logistics, scheduling, or terminal operations experience, ideally within pipeline, terminals, or commercial fuels companies.
  • Experience with terminal inventory management strongly preferred.

It involves working closely with traders, understanding trade recaps, navigating commercial contracts, and preventing freight or product overpayment. The team is expanding, offering high potential for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule inland barges for clean and dirty products across multiple commodities (e.g., AVIGEO, NAFTA, MOGAS).
  • Support pipeline scheduling needs (clean products) based on team assignment.
  • Work directly with traders to execute trade recaps and align logistics with commercial strategies.
